Keeping your mind and body active is arguably one of the most important things we can all do at the moment. 




Joe Wicks Youtube account At 9am every morning, the teachers (whether they are at home or at school) will be tuning in to take part in his 30 minute workout. Wouldn't it be brilliant if you all joined in too? Then we know that, for half an hour every day, we are all together doing the same thing. 


Go Noodle- This is filled with hundreds of ‘brainercise’, dancing, strength and mindfulness videos.


Cosmic Kids Yoga is a brilliant youtuber who creates yoga videos especially for children. We love using these in Year 2.


BBC Supermovers is a fantastic resource filled with videos that keep you active at the same time as learning an educational song. The videos are based on lots of different subject areas.


Dance with Oti Mabuse log in to Oti Mabuse's youtube channel at 11.30am for a dance session.
